Unscrew the battery door (screwdriver not included)
NOTE: If the potion is not swirling, turn OFF the light, give it a gentle shale and then turn it back ON. Reference page 7 on your user guide.

Troubleshooting:
- Unscrew the battery door located at the bottom of the potion light
- Insert 3x NEW AAA batteries
- Please ensure the batteries are properly inserted in the potion light
- After replacing the battery, cover, and move the power switch to the ON position
- Does it resolve the issue?
- If the potion is not swirling. Turn off the light, give it a gentle shake and then turn back on.
- Does the swirling effect turn on now?
